Changes and Cancellations

To uphold the quality and safety of our services, Wild Canyon Adventures enforces the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity: 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity, NO-SHOWs, or late arrivals: Non-refundable.

  • Date changes requested more than 24 hours in advance: Allowed without penalty and subject to availability, within the same calendar year of the original reservation.

  • Guests who choose not to participate upon arrival at the park are not eligible for refunds.

  • Weather-related changes: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any activity due to weather conditions or other force majeure events.

Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation number, which will be required for any refund. All changes are subject to availability.

Prices and Offers

  • All prices listed are in USD, but the final charge will be made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) at the daily exchange rate provided by your banking institution.

  • Prices and special offers listed on wildcanyon.com.mx are exclusive to this website and cannot be honored through other channels.

Transportation Policy

Some tours include round-trip transportation, while others do not. Please refer to the product description of each tour to confirm if transportation is included. If your selected tour does not include transportation, it is available for purchase separately during checkout or upon request.

Whether included or purchased separately, transportation requires the following:

  • You must provide your hotel name and room number at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour so we can confirm pickup.

  • Transportation is provided only from selected hotels and follows the route: Hotel – Park – Hotel.

  • We cannot pick up or drop off guests at alternate locations. This is in accordance with local government regulations in Baja California Sur.

Failure to comply may result in denial of the transportation service without refund.

Important Notice for Cruise Ship Passengers

Due to constantly changing cruise schedules, we recommend one of the following:

  • Call our reservations team upon arrival in Cabo to book the best available time, or

  • Book directly through your cruise line to ensure timely return to the ship.

This guarantees coordinated schedules and transportation.

Charges, Prices & Exchange Rates

  • All purchases will appear on your bank statement in Mexican Pesos (MXN), based on the daily exchange rate used by your card issuer.

  • If your preferred date is unavailable, we will offer an alternative date and request your confirmation before processing the charge.

Invoicing Policy

This policy outlines the process for issuing electronic invoices (CFDI) for services rendered by Eko Park Los Cabos, S.A. de C.V. (Wild Canyon Adventures).

1. Invoice Issuance

  • Invoices comply with SAT’s CFDI 4.0 standards and are issued in PDF and XML formats.

  • Invoices must be requested within the same calendar month the payment was made.

  • Provide your Tax Status Certificate (CSF) via email to facturacion@wildcanyon.com.mx or during Check-In.

2. Content

  • The invoice will include the name and RFC listed in the CSF.

  • CFDI Use: Defaulted to "General Expenses" unless otherwise requested.

  • Descriptions will match the SAT's official service catalog.

3. Delivery

  • Invoices will be sent within 1–3 business days to the provided email.

  • You have 24 hours to request corrections from the time the invoice is sent.

4. Electronic Payment Receipts

  • Issued when payment is made under the “Deferred or Installment” method, per SAT guidelines.

5. Corrections

General Terms

  • All activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

  • Participation is restricted for pregnant women and guests with heart, back, neck, respiratory, or mobility conditions.
