1.- Minimum packages or cover the total of the minimum: Zone A – 12 people ( $13,920.00 MX.) Zone B – 9 people ( $10,440.00 MX.)

2.- People without activity or party packages pay $ 20 USD to enter the park.

3.- Packages available only for residents of Baja California Sur.

4.- To this package, from 4 to 10 years old are considered Kids. Minors from 0 – 3 years old are free of charge, and food or drink is non-included.

5.- To reserve the date, it is necessary to give a 50% advance 15 days before the event and settle the event seven days before it.

6.-For the meal: it is the same dish for all the guests, either adults or kids, and the portion is according to age.

7.- Duration of the event 4 hours, overtime $ 3482.00 MX. Per hour.

8.- You cannot enter food or drinks. Access permitted to cake, candy, and piñata is allowed.

9.- All participants must sign our release form.

10.- In parties with children between 4 and 6 years old,  there must be one adult for every five children.; The safety and care of children is the complete responsibility of the parent or guardian.

11.- In Motorized Activities, it is mandatory to be of legal age and have a driver’s license; collision insurance is mandatory.

12.- For extra consumption, the restaurant menu prices will be applied, with a 30% discount available exclusively for B.C.S residents, presenting an INE/ID.

13.-  Changes are allowed at least ten days in advance.

14.- The event and scheduled activities may be modified due to weather conditions.

15.- We reserve the right to change schedules without prior notice. There are no refunds.

16.- You can cancel your event up to 15 days before the event date to obtain a 100% refund; After this date, any cancellation is non-refundable.

17.-if the client decides not to carry out the event while in the park for any reason, Refunds will not apply.
